Walt ain't going to die. He's the lead character. Neither will Jessi. Well, eventually, but not on the show. Walt may have watched what's-her-face die, but it was Jessi who killed her by pushing her back on drugs, and he knows it. Lydia and Walt will be back in business with each other because she is disgusted by the Ayreans. Walt will rescue Jessi and kill the Ayreans. Skylar wants to play holier-than-thou, but she's no better than Walt. Hank wanted to put family in prison for life to further his career and was generally an obnoxious asshole. I have no sympathy for him, or his self-righteous, kleptomaniac wife. Perhaps I come from a different world, but I don't see how family is so quick to turn on family. Just my $0.02

Walt has the FBI on him now for kidnapping.
Plus Hank is dead and Walt admitted it to Skyler and the FBI (unknowingly)
His family will never be reunited
Lydia is going to die

In conclusion
Walt is gonna die

He had custody of Holly. So no kidnapping. Walt didn't kill Hank. He even tried to prevent it. But then again, this is theater. Watch Walt come out on top. He'll always come out on top, at least until the final episode.

Unless you count dead. Walt isnt going to come out on top. Walt slipped into the dark side so far he can never go back to the light

Still, they won't kill him off until the last episode. Because the show is about him. He dies, the show dies. This ain't 2 1/2 Men.

Walt knew exactly what he was saying. He took full responsibility for everything to get Skyler off the hook.

Possibly. She sure had a funny look when he called. His gimp son sure was a little shit. He lied and said Walt attacked Skylar with a knife when he knew exactly the opposite happened. That may come up again later. There was Walts' blood on the knife and floor. Tho cops tend to not pursue evidence they don't want to see.
