i have a small plant going in a small closet. first time grower and i am about ready to start flowering......... i have no way to control odor! it dosent stink yet but when it does i will be in some serious shit! now ive researched my options and none of them seem to fit my situation. i mean its air flow comes from leaving my door open. a carbon filter wont work because i have no real exhast to connect it to........ o ya im not spending alot o' money on this soo i cant afford to do it for over $80. maybe i have to suck it up and build a grow box?????

my room is about 7'tallx4'wide'x6'deep.

any help would be greatly appreciated! thanx!

For the money you have to spend, I'd probably go with ONA gel. Its OK for mild smelling plants ... but to do it right, you really need a carbon filter.

vi is right. you need a carbon scrubber. myself, I use a scrubber and an ona block and I smell nothing. get yourself an ana block or some ona gel. the gel is real nice because you can refill it with concentrate when it dries out. PEACE!

that gel is only going to be available online or at hydro shops and not necessarily at all hydro shops. If you're going to drive that far, be sure to call ahead of time.

I don't know if you can make a carbon scrubber for under $80 from this link, but I figured I'd include it: Another carbon scrubber design(can filter style), Marijuana Growing Actually, I think you might be able to build the scrubber for $80, but you wouldn't have money for the fan needed to push it.

Perhaps venting out, but no chemical masking is all you'll be able to do for that much. Some aluminum tubing to an outside location and an inline fan would run you $80.
