no, cant say that i have tried them before, although i have heard of them b4, I'm surprised they really exist. i always thought the person who first mentioned it to me had a normal cfl w/the little circle part that goes in the ballast that some normal cfls have. 15 is pretty expensive for 1 bulb but I too would like to hear if anyone has actually used one. if 1 or 2 could make it so i dont gotta replace my carbon filters insides so often I'd like to give em a shot.

i use these with my big grows with great success... i use them as supplemental lighting. not only do they help control odor but they produce negative ions which help plants. its a win-win-win situation for me as in they have three functions, light, odor control, and negative ions

Hey mate, I use 2 in my small wardrobe, adds to lighting and clears out all smell from my 2x Easy Ryders.

I have some of these too. The ones i have also have a photcatalyst feature which also kills odours and actually turns them into c02!! Another upside to them that i noticed is that i had a white fly problem and these attracted the flies and killed them. i had hundreds of these flies stuck on the ion generator and got rid of them all without using any spray I imported about a hundred of these in 25 watts 2700k If anyone is interested in some let me know. I'm selling them for $12 ea

3 of my 4 lights in my grow are 'odor eliminating' for my 2 easy riders. They worked well at first but now that i am about 5 weeks in theyre not exactly helping as much as i had hoped so i just threw a carbon filter on the exhaust...so much easier/effective. I mean it helps when they are on, but obviously they dont work during the dark period so dont forget about that. ;/

then again mine dont seem to be as good as the guy above me

I have no experience but I remember reading an article somewhere from a skeptical reader who gave it a great review. Probably HT or skung mag I'd say go for them.

Autos mate :)
well perfect, i guess thats the missing link for using these. i'm gonna get some auto seeds before i use these lights. how many plants you got? and do they have a strong odor without the light? also, is this your first grow using them or have you used them all the way through a grow yet? thanks
