Odd developing bud on White Russian

Both pictures are from the same plant. I have never seen development like this and all of the buds are like this minus one which looks normal with white pistols. There is 2 budding spots on one of my sour D's as well. Please let me know what is up with this

looks the same as when i had my light too close to my plants the hairs got burnt. how far away is ur light from the top and what wattage?

1k and the light is about a foot away. There are some sour d's that are much closer with no burnage.

i would guess thats a burn but might want a 2nd opinion. i would have your light like 20 inches away from the plant but depends on how hot the light it getting

it is a vented hood and stays relatively cool. I assumed it was light burn but with the sd's much closer and no burn it threw me off
