Obviously a problem... can’t pinpoint

I have 3 plants. Transplanted them too early.
Im using patio plus potting soil and I water with tap water that’s been left out for at least 24 hours.

I haven’t added any nutes. The bag has a 20-10-10 npk ratio and they’ve been in the soil about a week but have been growing for about 3.

The second two have yellow leaves for the bottom two circular ones and their top leaves are yellowing also.

What am I doing wrong. The second two plants look sick and the first looks as if it’s doing well but they’re working with the same variables?!!
Help!!

More than likely that NPK ratio is a bit rough on these babies .....

IMO add nothing ....... just water “ lightly “ even mist them occasionally.... let them try to acclimate.
Next time grow them out in a simple starter mix in a solo cup before transplant , this way a better root mass will be building then transplant as a plug.

Environments off, move light away increase exhaust or shit like that till you find the sweet spot. Dont point fans at plants and so on :-)

Should have started them in their final pot... Transplanting them too early will set you back BIG TIME!!! Hopefully you will be alright... If not, plant more seeds... Happy growing!!!

Never liked germinating to final pots especially indoors, few industries do :-)
