Obama's war on Pot

You know a diet sucks when you have to add in the name of a meat to make it appealing.
No, it just goes to show how smart we are. I have a vegan version of everything you eat. If everyone were vegan, your food would be five times cheaper. Veggie bacon is easy to make from scratch, it's just seasoned paper thin sliced tempeh.

Have you any idea what it would do to the world if everyone became vegan? Google that shit up, its pretty scary stuff.

The number of people in federal prison who don't have some aggravating factor to their drug conviction is pretty small. Most of the people in the affected class are in jails at the state, county and city level, and no presidential pardon will do a thing for them.
That's almost as bad a rationalization as "I haven't heard it happening, mostly because I probably haven't looked very hard" from your previous post.

Prison isn't really the risk we face. It's civil asset forfeiture, and being labeled as a pariah and made forever unemployable and forbidden from even leaving the country and entering Canada. Jail is nothing compared to those consequences.
Fortunately a full pardon would alleviate you of the burden of being unemployable and Federal resources being directed in areas other than drug enforcement would drastically cut down on the unconstitutional asset forfeiture.

No, he's saying vote for the guy who actually espouses the principles of freedom and constitutionality.

Your post advises those of us who believe in freedom to abandon our principles and vote for a guy who has demonstrated that he cares nothing for constitutionality, freedom or fairness because it might mean the election of a different guy who would probably act no different.

To me this seems like a pretty easy choice, I prefer not to join in the red/blue circle jerk and instead make my vote count by rejecting both. For the sake of my conscience I want to know that I had no hand in next year's 850,000 cannabis arrests.
There should still be a like button.

That doesn't make it smarter. If vegan diets were better than we would have meat related food named after "sliced tempeh."

Ponzi schemes also require massive participation in order to be successful. That doesn't make it smarter.
