obama afgan plan

hey now, me and obama are going in on a joint effort, for the good of afgan. and we need the advice from some of the expert growers on here. question is, we're planning on building a stealth flower box, 5'Lx2'Wx3.5'H. do you pros think i would get better results with a 4' t5HO 8 bulb 450watt fixture, or 450watts worth of 20+watt cfls. Or maybe even some LEDs. I can't do MH or HPS because of the box size. Oh yeah, Obama said the afgan plan is going to be a SOG.

Oh yeah, the add for the 8 bulb t5HO fixture, on EBAY, says it is more lumens than 400watt HPS. Do you guys think the t5HO has enough penetration, for this small box, to grow good dense buds?
