Nuts problem? Heat? or something else?

Hi so my 2.5 week flowering plant is having issues mostly the problems are at the top. Below is a picture of the top leaves which have turned part yellow where others are fine.

The tips are turning a little yellow maybe brown but the other plant is doing fine and its getting the same feeding. Once a day I am using large rock wool and a 250 hps in a tent.
I had problems with nuts on my first run and they curled and the only one that really curled was the one nearest to the light.

Another issue which is most likely related is they are just about to the light. 1-3 inches can someone point me where i can look how to trim without hurting the buds?(they are doing awesome currently)

whats the temps in there sounds like the plants are burning

increase exhaust ventilation and gently tie down branches too close to the light and have a fan blowing directly on the light to keep that area cool enough to have branches so close to it
