Cannabis isn't a houseplant. It's better to have some participation in its nutrient requirements. Organic composted soil seems like the closest thing to "set it and forget it." But, even those guys use "teas" that are brewed for a couple days. (I've never grown organic, so I hope I'm not misrepresenting it.).Is There Any type of soil that comes wit all the nutrients i need so i wont have to feed it myself ? Btw im growin outside in a pot

If you're looking for ease of use, I recommend a dry fertilizer like Jack's Classic or Grow More Sea Grow. (I use the later. It contains organic components and I notice a distinct taste difference compared to the synthetic GH Flora 3-part I was using before.).
Going full organic, I think will lead to more work than you're looking for. The other alternative is time-released nutrients like Osmocote. I think there are people who do that. You could google for "cannabis osmocote." But, it seems like I read more negative comments about stuff like this because you have no control over when (how much) nutrients reach the plant.
1 scoop of dry in a pitcher of water is probably as easy as it's going to get.
You'll only water when the soil is dry. You can dig a finger into the soil and wait until it's dry down to the first knuckle. A better way is to wait until the leaves droop, lift the container to feel how light it is (it will be amazingly light). That signifies "too dry." After that you can lift your container and gauge whether it's ready to water. (Letting the leaves droop doesn't hurt the plant much. It will bounce back 30 minutes after watering. But, it is a stress. Don't do it a lot. And, don't do it to young plants. Wait till 3 weeks after they break ground.).Ok an if i do the 1 scoop an pitcher of water how often do i feed it ?
There are people who grow with an "all purpose" (npk ratio of 1-1-1) fertilizer through veg and bloom. Most people use veg- and bloom-specific nutes. If you want to use a bloom-specific nute you'd do it after bud sites are formed (either after the season changes and days get shorter, or when an autoflower does it by itself in 6 weeks). You want an NPK ratio around 1-3-2. A lot of people will use a "booster" about 2-3 weeks before harvest. This brings the ratio up to around 1-5-4. You'd use this once or twice in a week, then switch to water only to "cleanse" the plant, let it use up stored nutrients which are reported to make the smoke harsh. Cleanse for 10-14 days. If you misjudge your harvest timeline, there are "flush" substances that may accelerate the cleansing process. An wen its flowering an harvesting do i feed it to ? Or jus let it sit in the sun an water
