Fox Farm Cha Ching is nothing more than salts, some kelp, and humic acid. Provided there's no precipitate at the bottom, it's probably good indefinitely. Even if there is a precipitate, if you can get that to dissolve, it should be fine.

Fox Farm Beastie Bloomz is even more stable; it's mostly chelates, with some kelp.

Both of these should last for years. These chemical salts don't break down, just sitting there in the bag. They might get clumpy, but that doesn't affect the nutrients.
