NUTRIENTS how Often...!!!

Hey everybody,

- I've had / have some problems with my first grow. Droppy leaves, withering leaves, yellow leaves etc.
I was then advised to add some nutrients, which helped a lot (thanks for the advise).

- The problem is that I haven't got a clue to HOW OFTEN I can / should add nutes, so that I don't risk over fertilization...!!!

- Furthermore I'm quiet fretful that the cabinet, in which I have my plants,
might get too hot or be too poorly ventilated, causing the leaves coil.

COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM...!!!

The following picture somewhat illustrates the problem with the coiling leaves.

PLEASE HELP...!!!

image didn't post. more ventilation can help resolve any overheating issues. a good guideline for using nutes is to follow the manufacturers instructions.

I usually go a bit lighter of a dose than they recommend, and if it's liquid nutes, everyother watering is usually the way to go-- ends up being about once a week or so..

Dont quote me cause im not an xpert.... yet, but in my past experience, i have learned that coiling leaves if an affect of too much heat and not enough ventilation. You are basically drying out your plant (which when/if you get a harvest it will be much more harsh). As far as advice I would try to find a better place to farm. If you are to paranoid to bring them out/about your house/outside, then i would suggest tryin to bring more ventilation into the cabinet. You might ask well how would I do that. Well I had a friend who has been tryin to grow in a cabinet also and same problems. If your cabinet is not of sentimental value or important, then I would suggest tryin to ventilate your plants from the back of the cabinet. By drilling holes and allowing some room to breath. AKA allowing for more room to breath and still pretty discreet. Also my friend used a mini humidifier to keep the air in the cabinet moist. He says it worked with much better results, but I dont wanna advise something I have not experienced so as far as a humidifier thats at your own risk.
