Nutrients for BluMat (gravity/positive pressure system)

Ive recently converted my grow to have the BluMat feeding system. It isn't an automated system for feeding. Its more of a snack system. I use Connoisseur Perfect pH as my base nutrient in the BluMat systems. I feed extras every few days as they develop. Im looking for a better line of base nutrients that can be used in a similar system. Something that can remain in solution for days and produce. Conno is great and easy but I just feel that there is something better. I don't want to use an organic base nutrient that could clog the drip lines over time. Im not growing hydroponically but in a very light soil/coco mix.

I'm trying it right now outdoors with veg+bloom and drip clean on just a few plants, working well so far. My other half is organic soil. How many plants do you have on your system.

I'm not sure what you mean by snack system. Perhaps you just meat they weren't intended for use with nutrients and just to keep the substrate at a constant moisture content.

That said, they can be used with nutrients and many users do (great thread on IC, over 300+ pages). I have in the past with Canna Coco A/B and Hydroponic-Research Veg+Bloom (not the Dirty or HD though). I've added Drip Clean and usually just bled the feed line once a week to get any sediment out. Worked great. Most people also add something like SM-90/DM Zone/Pool shock or whatever to keep the reservoir sterile and from smelling funky.

Hesi always ran the cleanest for me! You can sub Kelp extract for the "ROOTS" and "Super VIT" and save a ton...2 tsp a gallon and use that just as the Hesi feeding chart says
I liked Canna plenty too!

I despise "drip clean", my choice.

30. 5 separate systems. 55 gallon drum filled with 1/2 strength Canna A+B (I used AN Connoisseur but changed). with a 5 gallon bucket onto with the fed lines running from that. A pump in the 55 pumps nutes up into 5 gallon continuously with an overflow back down to 55. So constant passive pressure and mixing. 6 plants per system in 45 gallon smart pots. 2 carrot spike per pot.

I am also using teas like alfalfa and kelp. Also guano and casting teas. I said "Snaking system" because I feed teas and full strength weekly on my own and use the BluMat for a continuous feeding and moisture. When they are set correctly, i've left them for 3 weeks and no issues. But usually just to keep them "snaking" between real Feedings. Call it what you will, but to me the system and they way I use it is for a total diet for all plants at all times. I just hit them with specific teas throughout bud. Some Epsom teas, alfalfas, sugar teas. Also bloom booster and Frass.
