Nutrients burn... I think

So I bought living organic soil that already has nutrients in it. She is 13 days old. Is it ok to leave her like this? is she going to recover?

when did this start haoppening? is it new or have you had the problem for a few days?
the new growth looks good so the plant may have sorted itself out

It started like 4-5 days ago. Is it possible that after 14-15 days she will be able to absorb the nutrients properly?

it may have been a little hot for them, keep an eye on the new growth for any soignes of it spreading b 4 worrying too much. i have had older leaves on a seedling do this and the new growth was fine and showed no signs of it spreading.
