Nutrient&PPM question

I use GH's flora series, micro,grow,bloom. I mix my nute solution to 800ppm. The feed chart wants 600-800ppm. when i add my calmag it raises it to 1,000ppm, will this hurt my plants i am in week 5 of veg in soil? Or should I lower my ppm to 600 in the nute water then add the calmag since that will bring it back up to 800ppm?

Are you using Ro or tap water? With tap you don’t really need to add calmag each time. What it the EC? Over 2 and I start to get nervous. I used to feed heavy but have been going with lower, 1/2 rates or less every watering. More fertilizer doesn’t make the plant grow faster. That is a function of environmental factors and lighting. In your case I’d go with the lower rates.
