Nutrient Levels, TDS Meter, Heat, Strains-----EXP. Needed

I am using the Cool Cab from Sunlight Sheds.
Made well with 2 of the new 90W (630nm I think:wall:) UFO LED lights. It has a Ebb and flow system. So far Id recommend it but it wouldnt take nothing to build one just like it.
And I have a combination of skunk and northern light clones about 8 inches tall.

I am loosely using the nutrients levels given by company, but hoping for some hands on advice here. I am using Moon Dust and testing with TDS Meter (PPM). It is supposed to be an all-round plant food. And has won many awards for world record size veggies. So hoping it turns out good for my veggies:weed:.
I am also occasionally foliar feeding with Spray-n-Gro and when I go to to flowering will begin using BushMaster as well.
My main questions are would anyone have a good idea of what nutrients levels these strains like and at what height or stage of life, that they like them?
And do you recommend topping in a turn-key unit, since you can't grow as tall as normal (3.5 - 4 ft at best in unit) or will the Bushmaster take care of it??
They seem to like it around 85 degrees, any input from past experience is definetly welcomed.
One last question (for now at least) Sometimes when I check the water with the TDS Meter. For example: It will jump to 600 and 10 secs later be bouncing down to 540. Do I trust the first number that pops up or what it stops on??
Thanks so much for your time and patience. This site has been real helpful.
