Too much N will cause tips to 'claw' downward, along with overly dark green leaves.
Pointing up is usually a heat/humidity issue or possibly a root issue.

Do not feed anything else for a while. First have you checked thoroughly for any bugs? Second what medium is this, what water are you using and are you adjusting the pH?
Havent looked for bugs. Its a cutting from an outside mother, so im sure there is something on it, the medium is a coco like compost made from rotting tree trunk, water every 2-3 days depending how wet soil is with reg. Tap water, and no ph adjistments yet was wanting roots to take before doing nutes. Did use box store root hormone for them.

Look thoroughly for mites.

Those thin leaves indicate a Sativa leaning plant
They mostly hate being fed...closes thing to a true weed
