Epsom salts are Magnesium sulfate. So does it have sulfur in it? Its sounds like it would. Sulfur is avail. as a liquid. I use it at work. It's yellowish and wreaks like well...sulfur. I know a commercial fert supply store would have it. If you call a tree care company and ask they might give you a cup or so as that's way more than u need King...hopemit works out formyou
Yer i doubt i have a sulphur deficiency, maybe before i add ferts in seedling soil but is only marginal, who knows yet till i've worked it through. I think canna mono's do a sulphur nutrient supplement if i needed a specific one but as we all know epsom salts is composed partly of sulphur and so should most things that get labbled sulphate i think. Epsom salts is magnesium sulphate.
Thanks anyway Dannyboy, i just been working through each individual nutrient, cal/mags been done and sulphur seems almost as important so thats my focus at the moment, stupid quest for knowledge but sh!t happens!lol!
I just wanted to point out that most nute charts are useless to me and many others, they seem like simple fixes for plant problems but rarely this is the case. Been trying to mention to Rollitup to modernize and repost some new better deficiency charts. I like my cal/mag chart and seems easier to understand that most others also without the big read up on what it looks like, what to do, toxicity etc etc blag blag etc etc.
These charts never helped me one bit really but new growers have little else to go on, best weed grow site on the net but yet our nute deficiency charts are outdated and suck big time! Peace
