Nutrient deficiency??

Hey, I really cannot figure out what this is...ive been reading and searching various websites, can I get someone's opinion?
If that were my plant I would put a thick layer of mulch on it. Compost makes a good mulch. Next I would place the container in a spot that gets 6-8 hours of direct sunlight morning to midday, and shaded/partially shaded during the late afternoon sun.

I would make those adjustments before applying fertilizer as the compost would be adequate. The plant should show healthy new growth before fertilizing.

It does not appear to be malnourished.

Good luck and good growing.

Thanks for the advice.
It is in an exact spot that gets 6-8 morning-miday and shade in afternoon. Whats causing the leafs to have spots, I checked for pests and there appeared to be none, so I do not know.
