Nutrient Burn or Deficiency?

Here is the problems I'm having. The plant was doing fine at first, except the top leaves were yellowing and drooping. I thought this was because of the lamps causing them to burn since the bottom new growth was getting very bushy and a nice green as in the pics.

I raised the lamps, but now I noticed the bottom leaves are starting to get yellow at the tips. Any advice or help would be great.

Here is my information:

It's Indoor, I've been keeping it in Veg now for about 3-4 months on a 24 hr light cycle to get it big for enough clones. and until I can get more lights and the room rewired.

I was growing in a mix of 2 parts Scotts Peat Moss, 1 part Perlite and 1 part Scotts Potting Soil, but replanted it in Pro Mix pottin soild yesterday thinking it might be a PH problem.

2 HPS 150w lights about a foot from the top of the plant

For nutrients, I have Plant Prod 20-20-20, 10-52-10, 15-30-15, and Miracle Grow 24-8-16 with micro nutes

I water every 2 days with about 250-300ml mixture of the 24-8-16 mixed at 1/2 strength.

Potassium deficiency,
Older leaves are initially chlorotic but soon develop dark necrotic lesions. First apparent on the tips and margins of the leaves. Im not saying thats what it is as i cant see much yellowing in it but thats what it could be. You got some better pics?

Or its this

Nitrogen Deficiencies,
Plants will exhibit lack of vigor, slow growth and will be weak and stunted

Nutrient toxicity. If you have not already done this I recommend leeching your soil with 2-3 times the volume of your container with the last flushing a mild nutrient base solution. Recalculate your nutrient intake and possibly half the amount you were previousy giving it. Strains all have different nutrient needs.

As CaliCat said, you need to leach your soil (also called flushing). You can get something called Clearex that will bind with the salt that's killing the plant and wash it away when you do your leaching.
