Nutrient burn, neem oil, low PH?

Hello guys I just water my outdoor plants and realized I'm starting to get brown spots and curled tips , I'm using foxfarm soil with some organic soil , I'm growing in so cal, meters away form the ocean , on 20 gallon pots , last week I added 60 ml of fox farm big bloom and 15 ml of grow big during the week I watered with only plain water , I also added neem oil with dish soap because of some white flies , plants are getting direct sunlight from 7 am to 8 pm. They are 1 month old
The problem is just watered them with the nutrients and after that I realized I had the problem ( night time ) , you think I have nutrient lock because of an ph imbalance ? What can I do
Could the ocean salt harmed them and made the soil more salty lowering the pH ?

Looks like water spots, granted I've never grown close to the ocean but it's what it looks like, but sticj around and I'm sure the others will chime in, and help you out.

Here are some under daylight, I used nuts again yesterday the new leaves seem ok , the older ones are being affected more .

By this point I'm not sure if it's a deficency on cal or mag, or maybe nut lock , could it also be insects? Or fungi
I really hope someone wise with experience could help me out I'm a cancer patient and this plant really helps out , this is my first time growing photo plants and using nutes
