Nutramist Fogger not wetting my clones :HELP

hey guys, so I have a question for all of you. I took about 15 clones yesterday, and stuck them in my mini aeroponic cloner for the first time. The tub is about 12 inches long by 8 inches wide and maybe 7 inches deep( give or take) It's a single head nutramist fogger. I put the fogger and water line close to the top right near the bottom of the stems so the fog sits nice and high up to ensure the stems are in the fog. I came into the room this morning and all my plants were super limp. I pulled some out of the tray and low and behold none of the stems are moist. There was lots of fog in there, it just didnt seem to want to wet the stems. What am I doing wrong. anyone have experience with this type of cloning?

Sorry to say but this is exactly why you don't buy a nutramist. They simply don't work well enough, and even if your plants popped roots, they would eventually drink more water than the nutramist fogger can supply in fog....for the most part.

Your better off using that in conjunction with something else than by itself...

The problem with foggers is that they work off the idea that the warmer the water the more fog you get....and with a hydro or aero setup the last thing you want is warm water.

hey guys, well thanks for the tip, I have not added a 3 head spray system to to mix as well as the fogger. I'm surprised that it's not working that well, as I have seen a couple demonstrations on you tube with a single head fogger, and the plants it grew seemed impressive. however, having now seen it myself, I am now doubting the effectiveness. Perhaps getting the 110 model which produces considerably more fog would be the way to go if I were to pursue it further. I will continue the experiment with a small batch separately and post my results for all to see. Appreciate the help Damios.
