there should be directions right on the bottles, feed 1/4 strength the recomended dosage and see how the plants react.
what medium are you growing in? if your using a potting soil or a fox farm product such as ocean forest of happy frog i wouldnt even bother with nutes.
Nutes are one of the most common misconception to new growers i see. people use them yes but that dosent mean you HAVE to use them @ 2 weeks. you really should just keep an eye on your plants and when you see them start to get a lighter green color you know the available nitrogen in the soil is most likely gone and you should start them on the 1/4 strength regiment of nutrients, then obviously in flower your going to want to get them started on a bloom feed (high P rating in the N-P-K (3-5-3) scale) to help them pump out the biggest fattest buds they can.
almost every plant i grow i dont need to give any nutes during vegatative growth. i jenerally use fox farm's Ocean forest potting soil. lately i have been using Epsoma's organic bulb tone which is i believe a 4-5-4 fertilizer. i cant say much for it yet as i havent seen any results but the Epsoma's "garden tone" organic fertilizer 4-3-4 i believe has worked really well to feed my plants for 2+ months.
so again, having to use nutrients is just a misconception and its probably in your best intrest to let the plant decide when it needs food or your just going to possibly oversaturate the medium with Nitrogen, waste money (fox farm products arent cheap) and end up causing mor eproblems than solving by feeding a plant that already has a full plate.
