Nutes?

what happens if i dont give my plant any nutes or anything? can the plant die or it just doesnt get the best results when its donr someone please help

The plants definitely need nutes. Without them, your plant will be stunted and your yield will be greatly affected. I don't think they will die though. I recommend using FoxFarm nutes. You can get the 3 pack of Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger bloom for about $35. Easy nute schedule to follow and my plants love them. Start out at a 1/4 strength and slowly increase. Good luck.

Depends on too many factors. In particular some strains are straight up nutrient hogs or they don't use the nutrients very efficiently (AK-48 is this way it seems IME). On the other hand, some strains can go a couple weeks or longer without any attention whatsoever- until they finally begin to wilt from lack of water.

Also, you don't really have to provide any exogenous nutrients at all with a healthy living soil that has good organic matter content. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking you're obligated to purchase bottled nutrients. Most of these (esp. hydro nutes) are chemical salts with synthetic chelates (e.g. EDTA), which is all fine and dandy so long as you keep applying those chemical salts. These effectively replace the soil biota and side-step the biological processes which feed plants in the natural world; instead 'force feeding' much larger amounts of those nutrients which plants have difficulty acquiring (such as phosphorous and minerals/trace elements which have a tendency to be tightly bound/unavailable to plants) via synthetic chelating agents. Problem in soil is this kills any life in it and essentially makes your plant 'addicted' to you giving it nutrients.

Also one more thing how many times a week do you have to put nutes in? and also should i just mix it in with the water or put it on top off the dirt or what please let me know thanks for helping.

what fox farm nutes are good for a hydro syetem? can u mix with voodoo juice to? i hear that is good

Hey I so new to this and should have bought that 3 pak u talkn bout!!! I bought grow big and plants are 2 months old. Should I go get the other 2 for the 3 pak??

I have gone both ways by just using fish emulsion and then use Earth Juice, to be honest i don't see much a difference between the 2, i like the emulsion better on the strains that i have been growing!

I like the emulsion better than EJ on
Dynamite,Aurora,Swiss Cheese,Kali
