Whats going on bro? Yea that should work for vegging. Plants like a food high in nitrogen for vegging.

I use Bio Vega for my vegging stage. Shit works wonders...

That looks like good shit. For some reason when i went to the specialty grow shop they didnt have any plant food that was divided by growing aka A.vegging B.flowering. it was all purpose shit :[

I'm new to nutes, when should i start using them? Like how can i tell my plants have a nitro deficiency or whatever?

This forum has been so helpful to me i really appreciate the info.

No problemo my friend, I was in the same boat you are in at one point. This forum and lots and lots of reading is what helped me.

Seems like I had answered another one of your questions before and you are in soil? Is that correct? I'm pretty baked right now. When to add nutes depends on if you are in soil or hydro and how long have they been vegging for. Plants with a N deficiency will look yellow and almost like they are dying.

Biocanna's products are bad ass. I highly recommend them.

Wow you couldnt have told me this more in time. My second Biggest plant with all its beautiful greeness is getting yellow lower leaves looks like they are dying or something. Just a few spots now but it was bigger then it was yesterday.

They are coming up on their 3rd week of vegging. Think i should start nutes?

Depends on the soil they are in. When did you transplant them? Have you even transplanted to their final home yet? If the leaves are turning yellow, then yea, they probably want some food. I'm no expert here, I just listen to what my plants tell me. Try giving them a very small amount and see how they react to that. Test it out on one plant, just incase they don't want the nutes yet.

It could also be that they are getting too much nutes. To much nutes will cause the leaves to burn and look dead. This usually only happens when adding nutes not from the stuff thats in the soil. If it was from the stuff in the soil, it would have happened at an early stage when they where young. But this might not be the case.

Ok i put in about 1/4-1/5 of the nute recommended amount and sprayed the only plant with deficiency looking leaves. I have yet to transplant them to their final home.

I've used 20-20-20 for veg & 10-52-10 for bud. Worked well for me. I burnt my crop once
but now I go slow with nutes till I see how it works. And how plant likes it I guess that in or outside might have diff. nutes. Not sure

Yea, typically you don't add nutes till they are in their final pot. When they are in their final pot, they will need a good soil. Usually the "good soil" mix will have enough nutes in it to sustain life for a few weeks.

Well i'm off to work for a while, i think when i get back i'll post pictures, that thing you linked was awsome too bad everything that can happen to the plant gives the same symptom of yellow leaves : p.

But yeah, i'll definately get a pic up if adding light light nutes doesnt help.

PEACE, thanks guys.

Last thing before i go, if i'm using nutes, when i transplant should i mixt he soil with batguana which is like 12-0-0 or any other kind of fert? Or should i just do like foxfarms and begin nutes.

Yea, you could add that, but I'd just buy what works well for everyone else. Fox Farms Ocean Forrest will do the trick. It has earth worm castings as well as bat guano in it. Along with a bunch of other shit your plants will love!
