nute help

what up fellas i just recieved a recipe from a friend for my ebb flo system just put clones in hydroton filled buckets a few days ago. does this seam to strong GH say like 5ml each including bloom to start. I'd hate to burn up my new babies.

10ml micro
20ml gro

if anyone else has a fomula i'm open to suggestion thanks

I go by PPM, not the bottle measurements. Start rooted seedlings at around 300PPM and increase every week thereafter with the goal of reaching a max of around 900 before switching to 12/12.

I'm building my ebb & flow at the moment. Will be using hydroton as well. I haven't really figured out how to use nutes yet. If my water is already @ 200ppm out of the tap and i add nutes to it, it will most likely go over 300. Would i just add more water to my res till the ppm's drop back down?

I don't really understand the whole balancing of the ppm's just yet.

When they say 3-2-1, would that be 3 parts Grow 2 parts micro and 1 part bloom for every gallon of water in my res? .. i wouldnt even know how many gallons are in the res after the plants start eating up the water and it gets lower... im so confused lol
