dont worry about adding nutes till your first 2 round leafs naturally fall off.
I see this all the time and i add nutes from the day they pop their heads above ground.

If i am using COCO which is a soiless medium i prerinse my coco with an EC0.6 of coco nutrients.

If i am using ROCKWOOL cubes i presoak the cubes at EC0.8 and plant my seeds in it.

My cotelydons dont yellow until around week3 of veg.

My personal opinion is use the nutes associated with your soil choice as they are designed to work with your nuteless soil.

Agree completely. Even seedling need food. P and K are very important in root developement and cell division. I personally use Awesome Blossoms, 2-11-11, for my soak and young ones.
