Nute deficiency or was light too close?

In veg, under 1000MH. Light seemed a little close so I raised it. Been feeding at 500ppm.

only the tops are looking like this.

Looks like mine when I left them too close to the 600 for half a day. First time grower though so take my advice for what it is lol

they got to hot

Yep, to hot..with a 1000w keep that thing 18-24 inches from the plant with some good oscillating fans on them at all times.... Their fine though, just move that light up! Otherwise they look good
