Nute burn, give it a flush. And make sure you have drainage holes in the bottom of that dixie.

No nutes till one month..plus an 1/8 teaspoon is about 5ml..thats what I put into 2 gallons of water, for many plants... Two things fuck small plants,.. too much water/nutes.. screw flush, you start a circular problem with water OD..at that size just replant, square 1...... IMO..Luck.

I just had to give her a flush. I used about 200mL of water (7.0pH) to flush. Good or Bad? Her yellow and light green spots were turning brown, that's what forced me to flush.

Like said before, that plant is way too small to be starting nutes. Other than the slight burn it looks like a nice little plant. For future references, overwatering usually makes the leaves curl and wilt and most "burning" to the plants is caused by nutes.

The edges where it was browning had spread maybe a mm or 2 inward. I flushed just to be on the safe side. Was that to much water or just enough?

When you flush you usually use more than you use to water, which should be until the water starts dripping out of the drainage holes. So you can judge that by how much you watered them.

It really depends on what kind of soil you use and how much the plant takes up. I usually just water enough to let it drip out of the bottom. If you do use that amount of plain water every time the soil dries up (don't overwater!) then your new leaves will grow out green and healthy.

Well I let it pour into the bowl that it sits in... so I'm guessing It was over watered to. Thanks for the help though... I gotta catch some:sleep: Maybe you should follow my grow just to keep me in line. Haha! +rep!

Overwatering is not necessarily how much you water it with when you do water it (the drainage holes will take care of excess water) but how OFTEN you water. My rule (and many others) is to wait until the soil is completely dry up to two inches down to water again.

your drowing it and burning it , ..........sit back a bit, let it do its thing , it dosent need all this lovin , your smothering it .
let the soil dry out a bit and then water lightly and try to keep to this routine , you will soon notice the new growth is clean and healthy , i wouldnt reccomend flushing a seedling that small.
to give you an idea of how much water they need at this stage , i have a couple of seedling allmost exactly the same size as yours , today will be the fourth day they have had nothing ,not even a drop , i will check them later and they will get a light watering , it will probally be 3 or 4 days before i need to give them any more again .
sometimes you will find the lights dry out the top crust of soil , that dosent worry me to much , sometimes i mist the top slightly , or you can use pebbles or cut out a cardboard shield or something to block the light .
