Nute burn or a deficiency?

This is my first grow, so any advice will be useful.

Iam growing white ice strain(indica) on soil on 1.5 gallon pot, under 250w cfl with reflector. Iam on my 4th week of flowering and I had some problems with my ph getting too low after using the Biobizz nutrients. I managed to increase my ph, after I added lime on the soil, and my ph seems to be ok now.

After The last nute feed I did last time, the leaves started to show brown spots and they started to becoming brown. I flushed my soil with 3litres of water and it seems that the problem didn't spread anymore and has been stabilised. I used very little amount of the biobizz nutrients but it seems like the plant can not get anymore.

do you think that is nute burn or maybe some deficiency?

thanks everyone

it looks like it's coming in spots on the leaves, normally with a deficiency it'll happen on the lower leaves first and happen all over the leaves I've found, this definitely looks like nut burn to me, I recommend you do a soil flush and then wait 2ish weeks before trying to feed it again, after my planted suffered nut burn I also cut my fert concentration down

Thanks for your answer. I wanted to make sure that this was a nute burn. Iam going to follow your advice. Other than the few brown fan leaves, the plant seems to have been stabilised after the flushing. Thanks

I grew 3 White Label white ice plants out a while ago in soil. I found them pretty easy to grow, and they didn't seem to me to be very hungry plants. So it very probably is nute burn in your case.

I've just germed another seed of the Ice actually. It wasn't primo smoke I'm afraid, but each pheno seemed consistently above or around average smoke and yield.

Good to know cause I've never smoked this strain before. Above average seems ok! How was your yield? My plant is 2.2 feet but I didn't transplant it in time and it's now flowering on 1.5gallon pot. It seems to have lots of buds, though. I hope it will give me a decent yield. I will be happy anyway, it is my first grow after all!!!

I also have a seed left to germinate, but iam thinking of getting seeds from another strain. Have you tried any more strains?

Thanks majorcoco. More than average is pretty good rate for this strain. I hope I get some decent yield out of my plant. My plant is 2.2 feet but I didn't transplant it and it's now flowering on a 1.5 gallon pot. This is my first grow, so I will be happy with any amount of weed I will get from that plant!

I have a seed left from the white ice that I will germinate but of thinking of getting other ones as well.have you tried any other strain?

I got about 2ish Oz off each plant average, though one was very stunted because I kept it in a tiny pot, so that didn't quite hit 2. It still finished ok though, so they seem to handle stress well (although the key to root-bound survival is the plant knowing to keep small, some seem to do this better than others).

They have little obvious smell sitting in their jars, even when cured, but when you touch the well cured buds they certainly will stink up a room. Very dense nuggets too, if grown right. The full details of the grow are in my sig, including my actual dry yield for each.

My best grow to date was Chernobyl, although Lemon OG Kush was also pretty good. I've so far had bad experiences with all WoS and Dinafem freebies (though you shouldn't judge a company based on freebie seeds) and, surprisingly, AK47 from Serious. Which I was led to believe was a sure-fire winner, but was really average in my view.
