Nute Burn AND Nute Deficient at the same time?! Really confused...

So we have here a female Alaska Thunder Fuck grown from clone in FFOF soil. She's in her 7th week of flowering. I've been feeding her once a week on General Hydro nutes, ripe/flowering ratio of 2-1-3 (Micro, Gro, Bloom) in Ph'd tap water at about 6.4. It's been about a week and a half since her last feeding, about two days after her last feeding I noticed she had gnarly burn on the tips of upper canopy. I backed off nutes and have only given her water since. So now she is starting to yellow a bit, with some purple patches signifying a possible N deficiency? So that's where I'm getting confused, could it be she's burned on one element and deficient in another? Also she is starting to taco/canoe on top portions of canopy, possible heat stress? Any diagnoses would help and how should I proceed? Pics below. Thanks fellow green thumbs

Also to ward off any would-be trollers, I've done my share of googling' for answers but I am confused as to how to proceed when I have two opposing symptoms!

The burn may have caused some root damage and now she's cannibalizing some fans to make up for it.

Phosphorus and nitrogen... imo... phosphorus bc you have reddish purple stems starting at the leaves... nitrogen bc they are flowering and super hungry and yellowing... whats the ph of your tap water?

The tap water comes out pretty basic close to 8 I believe, after the nutes it drops to lower 6 and I have to add a little ph up to get it around 6.5. However I haven't been ph'ing the water other than when I have been correcting for nutrients. Is this a huge problem? Thanks for input so far

Not a whole lot you can do at this point in time. I would maybe do a 1-3-6 ratio(g/m/b) or even a 1-4-8 for the next feeding. Start flushing after that though.
