Nuet burn? or nitrogen diff?

Heres a pic or my girls, ima first time and noticed a few days ago my leaves were startig to yellow, so i water with a very diluted nuet solution, after a few days i noticed what seemd to be nuet burn and the yellowing dint go away. So now my question is did i mis diagnose the first problem creating the new problem? and looking at the pics what do u think is wrong?

looks like they are looking for a bit of epsom salt. I have limited knowledge on soil growing but I heard black strap molasses works great in the seedling stage when the cotyledons start to yellow

there actually about 3 weeks old, and i kinda figured mabey the slow growth was due to lack of nuets, but i think i might have been wrong, but ima keep reading and hope i figure out what i did wrong

Also any other ideas for the slow growth, i mean ph of my water is 6.8, grow room temp stays at 78, yet to get a humidity reader gonna grab one tommarow. But i donno, there under a 400wmh, wonder if my bulb needs changed, but dint figured it would cause that slow of growth
