just wondering if there is an ideal range for NPK slow release fertilisers etc? I have seen some on the shelves stating 10/11/10 and others stating 10/13/10 etc.Im looking to find out what the ideal range is if its slow release granules or even the ideal for liquid form for outdoor plants.Any help thanks in advance.

I'm probably going to ruffle a few feathers, but my advise is to forget you ever heard of NPK. Ditch the prepackaged time release fertilizers and get some quality organic amendments like kelp meal, crab meal, neem meal, rock dust, etc. The plants will take what they need.

Peace!
