Novice planter looking for experienced advise please help!

Hey guys so Im new to this, and doing this more because i love the cycle of growth. With that said I havent seen any growth ( or real growth) since I started this. Here are the logistics:

5 Feminized seeds from Nirvana all sprouted within 24-48 hrs
placed in fox farm ocean soil in 8 oz plastic cups on 3/1

they're under 400w hps and mylar surrounding the walls in a closet
temperature is a problem i think. Im in a tall apartment so it does tend to get warm unless i run the airconditioner. temp stays between 86-92 during the day
and 70-80 at night

transplanted to 3 gallon pots because i saw root binding on 3/8 i recently added a home lighting system thats near it that has 3 60w flourescent cool white bulbs to help.

ph is kinda high between 7.0-8.1

just got some ff gb whats going on??????? i see everyone else's plants looking HUGE and mine are tiny after 13 days!

Ph is DEF TOO HIGH! Bring it down to 6.3. And being they are 13 days old (if I read this correctly) the soil you have them in will carry you through VEG easily. DO NOT ADD THE GROW BIG! Start with the simplest thing first before you start adding things. Obviously your Ph is too high, so fix this first. Second, you cant do anything about the heat right now so if you cant at least get the heat out or if not its not perfect but its okay. Ive seen growers on here grow MJ in the mid 90's, granted you will have some stretching but you can still grow in these temps. Get the obvious things in check before you start compounding problems.

I have serious doubts that the plants would have any "root binding" after only 1 week in a new container, or from the point of germination. When you say that the pH is 7.0 to 8.1 is this the runoff pH or the pH of the water before it is given? Since you transplanted to a larger pot after only 1 week I am leaning towards minor transplant shock. Maybe a little patience is in order for this first grow? Temps. are within range but may be a tad high. What kind of ventilation/fan(s) are you using ?

Seedlings take some patience man . When it looks like they arent doing anything at first is because all there energy is being spent grow a solid root foundation . I don't transpant them for 2-3 weeks after sprouting . Sounds like you transplanted early and your PH does need to come down to 6.8ish .Do not fertilize them the soil will carry them just fine .

I bought a ph tester at the store and have it stuck in the soil.

The reason I transplanted them was because I read if the roots start getting tangled from the bottom that its time to transplany, but I also read that too many transplants arent good so limit it to 1. So thats what I did. two of them were actually getting some yellow on them. As of now, they are growing new nodes but it's still small, maybe it's just a patience thing, they are looking a little fuller.

One of the seeds is EXTREMELY small, don't understand why it just didnt develop the second set of nods yet and it's still real tiny. The two leafs that it started with has died off (sorry didnt remember the name of these)

As for ventilation i have the closet door slight open with a fan right outside blowing towards the window. I also have a fan inside of it connected right next to the 400hps light blowing the hot air out. I have mylar around the walls. For the loss of light from the closet being open, and the lack of blue light, i have 3 60w flourescent bulbs

-If it's a moister meter or ph tester, i think they are supposed to be stored and not just stuck in dirt~
-Im on my first grow and transplanted my seedlings into a hydro medium on day 10. (day 1 seed in papertowel). Here is a picture of my 12 day old seedlings so you can get a reference:

yeah today is day 14 and my ak48s are wayyyy bigger so i think i might be good... Ahhh we should harvest around the same time! how long are u vegging for?
