I would give them at least 18hrs light and move the lights closer. Also read the FAQ it will help you more than I.

seriously, bury them right up to the first set of leaves, NOW before they keel over and die. they are way too tall with stretched stems. get a fan on them w/ a strong enough breeze so they shake from it. this will strengthen the stemns so they can support the weight of buds later on. they are too spindly right now. with a fan also you can get your lights much closer. use the hand test, place your hand at top of your plants. move light close till your hand is warm but not hot. this is the perfect height for your lights. of course, you will have to adjust the height of either the plants or your lights as they grow. water every 3-4 days, (don't forget drainage holes!) no nutes or fertz for the first 3 weeks, but again, plant them into different pots with the dirt covering that stem. Don't worry, it won't die from this, it'll actually help.

forgot your lighting MUST be 18 on/ 6 off or always on. you are mistakenly using the flowering light schedule instead of the vegging schedule. this is confusing the poor things. switch to a 18/6 soon or they will prob go 'hermie' or male on you. Hermie is a female that developes seeds (not a good thing!)

Please, please, please read the faq. The 60 watt plant bulbs could be replaced with 100w cfls--cheaper to run and probably cooler. I agree you have to get the light much lower cfl's allow you to get within 3-4" without burning. Also repot likeFarlos said but only water when the top 2" of the cup is dry. What kind of soil are you using? Also do get a fan in there it's not just to cool but to strengthen the stems as they grow. And don't forget to give a minimum of 18 hrs light during veg. GL HH

the plants are stretched to hell and back.. like they said bury them to the first set of leaves and keep the plants at least 2 inches from the light. and keep the light on 24/7 for at least 6 weeks

Humboldt looks right i also might try to move the light almost touching them and i would think about tieing them to a stake to help them with the fan on or u could also gently shake them in the morning and at night too to help them get stronger stems.

Lose the incandescents and replace with CFL's, you can move the lights right down close then, the CFL's are a LOT cooler. It's only like 10 bucks .Get a small oscillating fan on them too to strengthen stems .They should be waving gently in the breeze.

With CFL's you can put the lights a lot closer. I have my CFL about an inch away from my plant, which is nearly the same stage as your plant. No burns or anything, CFL's stay pretty cool.

go to LOWE'S and get 40watt CFL lights that have a 150watt equivilance. you need about 2-3 per plant. you need to do some research on lights.

also, get a fan and keep those bitches under 24 hours of light until they perk up. that's just a start, they need a lot more work...like actual pots, with drainage. not a fruit bowl.
