Noticed these spots this morning, slowly getting worse

I posted this in the the plant issue thread to no avail. Anyone have an idea of what this could be? Purple punch from Barney’s. Transplanted into this 1gal yesterday. Soil is happy frog with added perlite and under an HLG100
Any/all suggestions greatly appreciated!!!

Lights and placement, medium, nutes and watering details, plant conditions (temp, RH), history, etc.

Fox farm happy frog soil
HLG 100 @18”
Given nothing but ph 6.5 water so far
This issue is just starting to show up

When I zoom in on your pictures I see a few tiny brown things. Maybe they're just chunks of dirt or something, but I'd double check for bugs to be safe. They can get in no matter how clean.
