whats that show besides my plants will flower in late june early july...after reveg...like i said alls well...trying too hard making yoursaelf look very stupid....thats when my areas days get shorter....dummy!

This is from a plant that has been harvested already and put back out. This info will be a little different for plants that have not yet gone into full bud.
They were lower popcorn buds and underdeveloped interior buds. Take into consideration the amount of time that it takes for a reveg to occur and you can see how those small buds could swell but would (in my opinion) be unsmokable due to the fact that there is a new single leaf about to pop out the center of each calyx.
The fact that these buds would be way past their prime as well would stop me from picking them off and smoking it.

LOL Beats me! I only did that well because I put it out early in hopes of a double harvest. Boy did I ever get one.
Genetics have a little to do with it as well. That was a Purple Trash (Purple Urkle x Trainwreck x Hashplant)

You could start topping but that's alot of stress to put her through in hopes of a high yield. My advise to you would be to grow this one out like you know how and start reading up on what others are doing and give that a shot next season.
Select a few plants that yield high and start playing around with them. I always have a few plants laying around that I can mess with while leaving the main ones alone. Good luck man! Let me know if you have any more questions. I may not have all the correct answers but I will attempt to help out when I can HOPEFULLY with useful info.

I am about to start planting soon and was wondering I live on a mountain so the sun light is no problem how much light will it need to live if I plan on leaving it outdoeers for the intire harvest. first time growing ever BTW in cali

Just throw it out there and learn from experience, my friend.
Google or forum search "hardening off" to get you started. If you have a green thumb, you can grow good weed. The more you learn and experience, the easier it will be for you to grow GREAT weed.
