Agreed, killing fields is my favorite sannie smoke. i'm letting mine cure for 6 weeks before i smoke report. a little over a week to go!

Why'd they call it "The Killing Fields"? There is a movie with the same name about journalists in Cambodia covering the war crimes of the Khmer Rouge, made in the 80's.

It's a language barrier issue thing/cultural thing actually. The name has zero reference to Cambodia and the slaughter there. No genetic reference either.
Cant find the thread on opengrow where Sannie explained it was the "Killing it" as in "really good" more or less. Again, no inference to that incident in Cambodia at all.
Just an aside: With all the use of the "that's sick!" to describe something really good happening, I'm surprised we haven't seen an onslaught of "sick" strain names.
