Not sure what to do...

Not sure what the problem is or if there is one of significance. My 2 plants in question have had some degree off leaf cupping from the very beginning as a small seedling. The seedling in the small round pot is my fem Liberty Haze and the one in the small square pot is the freebie I got with it-Blimburn's Northern Auto. Both popped the same day, so that in itself has been a comparison tool between the two as to their growth. I started off with BlackGold natural and organic potting soil

They have been growing pretty vigorously their whole life. I repotted into 3 gallon pots at week 2 using just FFOF and their growth really took off. Coming up on week 4 this Saturday and roots are already growing out the bottom of the 3 gallon pot of the Northern Auto. And vigor has not let up the whole time, but I still have the cupped leaves. The cupping has always been confined to and between the new growth and the top 2 or 3 nodes. I thought it might have been a temperature problem but even with the thermometer at the very top of the stall where all the heat is sucked out, I have never seen it rise any higher than 82. Temps at the tops of the plants are always a couple degrees cooler as the shower stall door is always left cracked open for fresh cooler air to be drawn in.

Last nite I turned off the cfl to take sum pictures and came back to lock up for the evening and saw I forgot to turn the cfl back on and noticed the two big fan leaves(same node opposing positions)looked like they were trying to turn upsidown, especially a couple of blades on the same leaf...image.jpg
Now I get up this morning and the fan leaves in question righted themselves back into shape, but new growth is very cupped almost closed. Thing is that I have noticed this doesn't really affect overall health of either plant. Both plants are at the same node growth level with no discoloration and once the leaves in question are further down the plant, they are perfectly normal looking and at 3 1/2 weeks the fan leaves are the size of my hand. image.jpg image.jpg

I am on a 20/4 light cycle and have on fed one time in their growth and have since flushed twice since week 2 and still having same issue. If someone might be able to shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it. I have looked thru the sticky' and although the explanations seem thorough, I can't see any pictures to go along with them to compare. Mahalo!

So the leaves are flattening as they get older? As long as they flatten and your temps are under control, I wouldn't be overly concerned. From what I can see of the overall plant, they look pretty healthy.

Have you scoped for bugs?
Ya the entire lot and all I could come up with was a small gnat size flying bug but don't know what it is.

Ya I thought they did too, but didn't want to unknowingly stress the plant out in sum way that would cause it to hermie.

Yea if its not heat stress then I would spray with a miticide...I dont like the looks of the 2nd pic sativa fan leaves, that usually indicates severe heat stress or broad mites. LOL @ that bug all chillin...looks like hes smiling for you...idk he looks harmless
