Not Sure What This Is From, Help?

Whats up everybody
This is my first time ever growing a plant, so i started out with 1. I have it under 2 60 watt soft white bulbs (i know this is not the best choice, but all that i have for now) for 16 hours a day. I water when the soil looks dry, usually once a day, and spray it twice a day once when the light is turned on and once when the light is turned off. The problem is that when the 2nd set of leaves came in, just before the 3rd set was starting to come in, i noticed that both leaves were wrinkled a little on parts. Not knowing what to do i looked up problems with plants on the internet and i think it might be one of two things,,, heat stress or overwatering. I just wanted to get someone elses opinion on it, look at the picture attached and tell me what you think and what i should do about it, thanks..

whats your temps and how much are you watering cause you should only water when the pots start to feel light cause theres less water in the pot you dont want to keepyour soil soaked all the time what nutes are you using and what ph and ppm are you running

Well i was watering a couple times a day when the soil started to get dry but i have cut back on watering until the whole top of the soil is dry, started that yesterday. Temp is about 85 degrees, and i havnt added any nutes to it. Its only got the nutrients from the soil. I dont know what the ph level is though, havnt checked it, dont know how.

You love your plants to death!

Add some dirt around the plant, fill the cup up and moisten the soil. Get some light on it. Keep it moist not wet. Do not disturb the roots.

you spray it twice a day like foliar feeding? just water the soil and let it get dry. make the roots do their job.

could be. what are the temps? how close are the lights to your baby?

If you can get those temps down a little and i agree with the others. TOO MUCH LOVE! i did the exact same thing worrying about my plants too much and killed them. You shouldn't water everyday stick your finger in the soil it should be dry about 2 inches to 3 inches down before you water again. This really helps to build a good root structure as the roots will have to go in search of more water, thus creating longer roots.

about 85 degrees and there about 5 or 6 inches away now but they were closer until this morning when i turned on my lights i backed them up a little.
