Not sure what the issue is

My best guess is some type of pest but not certain. I check with 40x loop and don't see any and spray once a week. I had an issue with mites but started treatment a couple weeks ago. But they might still be around. Also, my other thought is that it could be root bound (5 gallon pot). Here are some other details:

-From seed about 8 weeks old, still in veg.

-Feeding 1/4 strength grow/micro/bloom + rhino skin + b52.

-Ph is usually around 6.4 ish.

-promix hp

- day temps 72-77. Night temps 60-65
Humidity around 45

I know the second pic is not the greatest but that's all I have right now. Thanks for your help!

Check the plant for grubs, caterpillars etc. and get it off.
I check everyday but don't see shit. I'm waiting for a better magnifier (than 40x), we'll see if that helps spot anything. I've spotted tinnny tinny mites before so I doubt I'm missing much.

I honestly have no idea what that is. On the underside, I've noticed some brownish patches and within the patch are these ity bity black specks. Ive tried researching those too, but havent found anything yet. So far ive just associated it with the mite issue I had/have.

I'll have to double check the new growth later today to see if its effected.

And what have you been spraying on them for the mites?
So far I've alternated between azamax, Safers 3-1, Worry Free by garden tech. I have nuke'em that I'll be using for the next spray.

In addition, I heat treated my room and also used the no pest strips for a few days. I have a couple pyrethin bombs but haven't used them yet.

And your really wondering why your plants look like they do, They are just stressed out.

I know they were showing signs of stress at first but then a couple weeks later, and spraying 7 days apart, I don't think they are stressed anymore. This growth I'm showing is fairly new. I believe it happened after the symptoms of stress went away. I could be wrong, but stress was the last theory I had.

Thrips then ? They can be hard to scope
That's actually one of the possibilities I looked into. Not sure though if my symptoms are along the line of theirs. From what I've read, they leaving like little silver squiggly things on the top of the leaves. I wouldn't really describe that as what I have. I'm not ruling that out completely though at this point.

You spray and bomb when lights are out correct or if its veg give an hour of dark or go to a 18-6 time as if you spray in the lights on with likes of azmax you will get burns. You also should plant wash after a 3 days of spraying them to help get build ups off if using so many types in a row... You didnt splash any nute water on the plant did you?

I wait for the light to go off (18/6 veg) then spray them. I leave the oscillating fan on after I'm done spraying to help them dry before lights come back on.

I have not done a wash yet after I spray with my stuff. Just soap and water? Or just water?

I used to splash the leaves all the time when feeding and then notice the slight burn. I haven't splashed in a while and pretty sure this isn't that, but great thought.

That's exactly what I found and started fighting a couple weeks ago. They're either still around or this is damage already caused by them. I'll have to really keep an eye on the new growth. I may not be safely out of the woods yet.

Oh and also with russets, the leaves (and new growth) tend to curl/taco. I haven't been seeing that lately.
