Not sure what happened

Im not too sure what happened I left my plants for not even a full 48 hours and now it looks horrible

I grow in Soil with worm castings and little perlite, I water around every 2 to 3 days with a 6.5 PH with 24 hours of light I was planning on moving it into a pot today with Fox Farm Ocean soil, right now im just using soil from a flower pot

Transplant it into the FFOF and give it nothing but water for awhile. It should start to bounce back. If you're using LED lighting make sure the light isn't too close.
