Not Sure If Overwatered Or Two Much Nitrogen..

My Green Crack plant has been sagging lately. Then the leaves started to curl up like a taco, at the top. At first, I thought it was overwatered, so I took a couple of days off until the pot felt pretty light, then watered again. Still sagging and pretty dark green, along with some claw tips. This got me thinking it might be too much Nitrogen. (Using FF Ocean Forest and Grow Big Nutes)

Today, I decided to flush and then just let it go for 3 days and re-check.

How does she look to you guys?

Thanks

both

if you add water before the pot is dried out you are watering too much/often.
my plants dont need any fertilizer at this height. what are you feeding it, why, and how much?

I guess I just need to learn that process better. I have just been giving diluted (a couple of teaspoons) Grow Big nutrients every other watering. Got a bit over zealous I suppose. I'll cut those out for now.

Should I re-pot or just let this flush run its' course?

Well, I was impatient and went ahead and re-potted. In doing so, I underestimated the amount of roots she had. Ended up tearing off a huge amount. Hopefully , t will survive and thrive. All I can do now is wait and see. Only watering around the base of the plant.

I have done it before, they will recover and fill in the roots. No fertilizer for at least 30 days. What size pot is it in?

It's about an 8 inch pot. She has perked up slightly, near the top. 10-4 on the fertilizer.

Look's similar to my green crack plant I was over watering..

Around the same size too. How old is your plant?
Oh, that does look quite similar. Mine is roughly a month old. Maybe a week or so over that. I think I was doing fine but then got a little ahead of myself and never let the thing drink it all completely. I didn't give a ton of water, but I did do it every day. That is apparently a no-no at this size.

Here is a real time share.
I have transplanted plants into a variety of pots between 7-14-17 through 7-17-17 . Doing some experimenting.

I transplanted right after they started flowering, it was not intentional, plants should be in their final pots before flowering starts. These plants started flowering before I wanted them to so they are very small, they spent their entire lives under 12-12 light. I do anticipate excellent crystal though in the weeks ahead, time will tell.

2 are in 8" clay
4 are in 10"clay
1 is in 12" clay
the rest are in 3 gallon plastic pots.
Temps 81 - 82. Humidity 41-46%. It matters because it affects drying time.

I water plants before transplanting, some people transplant when a plant is dry.
So far I have watered 2 plant.

I was planning on transplanting 3 plants in 8" pots to 3 gallon pots.

One of them went into a major state of praying after watering it, a happy sign so I did not transplant it, I did transplant the other 2..
Growers love plants that pray. The plant that prayed went 10 days before receiving ro water.

I watered one plant today. It is in a 10" clay pot. It was not watered for 11 days and was watered this morning and it is praying right now.
None of the others have been watered yet, some may be thirsty, but I'm gonna wait till they beg for water.
Some will be watered over the next several days. I hope they pray too. The 3 gallon pots have a ways to go, 3 or 4 days, maybe more, meaning the plants in 3 gallon plastic pots will not be watered for two weeks and they are happy, no fear they are gonna die.
I have had plants that prayed before but not like this. For all I know it is not a good thing, looks cool. Leaves look great. I have no worries yet.

The plant in the 8" clay 5 hours after watering. It was not watered until 10 days after transplant.

Might not work for everyone, just info to consider.

That is a perfect example of a plant not thriving but existing.Could be just a bad seed/genetics but with that many nodes so tight something aint right. Most growers wouldnt even mess with it and pull it instead of wasting time with it.

I believe that is due to the fact that I have 2 -300w LED's, only about 10 inches away. I have since moved the lights up and they seem to be growing a bit taller. I actually prefer the bushiness because the room is fairly tiny.

By any chance are your seeds Canuk Green Crack seeds?

My plant is the same age and they look super similar.. I also have mine under 600 watts only difference is mine is one light.

If yours are Canuk brand maybe we actually have a genetic issue on our hands.. I have 4 more seeds I'm almost at the point of tossing her and starting fresh. Worried if it's genetics I'll just be back here in a month again though..

Mine is actually BlimBurn from Attitude. I don't think it's a genetic issue..though I can't be sure.

This is perplexing. The top fan leaves had perked up and almost straightened out...then this morning, they were back to drooping again. I watered a tiny bit around the base of the plant and now they top leaves are perked up again, but the bottoms all look the same.

So is it overwatered or underwatered? Or lockout?

I suppose I'll just let it go without watering and keep an eye on it.

Whats up everyone, could anyone help me with diagnosing my plant? Im growing in ProMix BX which I know holds water much longer, so i have been lighter on the watering as to not over water. But i cant tell if my plant was given too much Nitrogen or if its over watered. Im only watering once a week as of now and they are 5 gallon pots under T5 vegging. Any help is much appreciated as I have never run into this issue before. Some bottom leaves are yellowing. I havent fed only water because I over fed with Nitrogen much earlier and wanted to flush it out. Need to fed again?
