Not sure if over or under fertilization

Hi guys, I'm having some problems with one of my plants.
Outdoor
Plant: Currant Kush feminized VIP seeds
Age: 5 weeks
Soil: Lightmix - 11l pot
Nuts: Biogrow 1ml-per liter actually (just for 1 week), before 2 ml per liter.
Watering: every 2 days or 1 a day depending on how fast the soil dry out (depending on the temperature of the day)
I thought it was overfertilization because at the beginning the tips started tu burn so I reduced the nuts to just 1ml per liter, but the leaves went worst. So i'm not really sure of which is the real problem here.
I also want to transplant it to a bigger pot, but first I want to be sure which is the problem my plant is actually having.
A little advice should be great!

A bit over fed. Go ahead and transplant into some fresh light mix. Just water for a week or two then ease back into feeding. And the tomato plant is begging for some Magnesium and most likely also Calcium.

It's not begging for that stuff. the plant looks fine outside of some over fert right now. it the growers give more ca and mg, it could really screw things up.
