It's too late to top her, imo. You're lucky enough to have a sativa-dominant plant in such a desirable indica-type shape.
From plant morphology and pot size I would guess she will increase about 50% in size during flowering. If you leave them
outside no telling how big it'll get. You are flowering inside, eh?

You have a lot to learn kush lady,

topping essentially is cutting off a branch just above a node, tricking the plant into growing/ replacing said branch with two nodes, this Increases yield.

Pm is powder mildew, a very easy disease for outdoor plants to get. No cure either. Pm mostly occurs when plants don't have enough venalation

Powdery mildew is a fungal disease and will sap the plant's vitality. Bad PM can destroy the buds. There are literally a dozen ways to control it, and one of the best is keep those leaves dry. Water the soil only. cn
