Now that is the answer I was looking for. YES the HIGH rating of the special glass the window was made out of was allowing pleanty of light in , just not the proper kind for a plant. The rays that the plant wanted and needed were being blocked by the dual layerd argon gas matrix window designed to keep out 120 degree direct sunlight.
