Not doing good!

anyone know why this plant it looking like this....It is in a 5 gallon smart pot with FFOF and no fert yet......

it looks like its revegging

Yeah I see what looks like some reveg leaves. The twisted weird one that's pointing down. Looks healthy otherwise from what I can see.
