ROfl that's great... theres a few Chiropractors around town that do check ups for much less (I got mine for 75)... someone at BNB smoke / grow shop on alma school / guadalupe was telling me if you have a membership with them they can refer you to a doc that does recommendations in the 50 dollar range (maybe less with membership?)

good luck and stay safe whatever you do!

A Doctor of Chiropractic while having more schooling than a MD can not write a recommendation. According to the state only MD, DO, NM, NMD, MD(H), DO(H) are the only types of doctors that can write it.

Am I reading what your saying incorrectly?

I agree.. If you plan to stay stealth and fly under the radar like most of us have done at one point or another then do it, shouldnt be a problem. Like most of the guys here the green card is insurance for me.

A chiro can diagnose your qualifying condition. You then take your medical records to a certifying physician, which cannot be a chiropractor, as I understand it.

Thats what I did. Saw a chiropractor and then went back to my NMD doctor. He's the one who writes the recommendation the chiro just diagnosis you with the ailment.

Right this minute, Joe Arpaio is sitting on his fatass studying the list of MMJ cardholders and figuring out his next publicity stunt.

An AZ MMJ card is a VIP ticket into Tent City.

What the fuck good is an AZ MMJ card? Unless you are a very skilled grower, what are you going to do with 12 indoor plants? (The outdoor rules are preposterous: a ten foot high wall and a door an "inch and a half thick") And if you live withing 25 miles of a "dispensary", then you cannot even gro ur own.

Who needs to carry weed in a car??? Take a taxi if you want to move quantity. An MMJ card is no defense to a driving-while-impaired bust.

AZ "medical marijuana" is a suckers' play.

Me? I am counting on 30,000 AZ medical MJ cardholders and the 97 "dispensaries" to (as we say) keep AZ law enforcement as busy as a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest while I gro and smoke on the downlow.

So if you don't have your card in Arizona, and you get any kind of possession ticket it is still a felony? Just ridiculous IMO. I live in California and grow and I feel much safer having my card than not. It has already saved me 2 100 dollar possession tickets. So it has already paid for itself. The card is pretty legit in Cali and it sucks that its not the same way as AZ. I did without my card for about a 6 month period while it was expired and had no issues during that period. Overall I feel much more comfortable with it, than without it. It is worth the 80 dollars a year for me, hands down.

In Arizona if you get caught with any amount of cannabis between a seed\calyx to 2lbs the least of your worries is your felony charge, that shits mythical like a unicorn at that point. The part that gets real is when you say bye bye to 4months - 2 years of your life in one of Jan brewers friends private prison systems making widgets or digging trenches and your new room mate uncle Rukus wants to butt fuck you, that when shit gets real. If you get caught growing without a license... fuck I would not want to be you. Your guaranteed to get charged with manufacturing more then 4lbs. They don't trim your buds and then weight it. Youll be lucky if they dont throw the soil container on the scale with the plant. After they get you on manufacturing\cultivation, they will find your digital scale, or food scale you have, along with the zip lock baggies you have in kitchen or storage room and say you had the intent to distribute it, it was not personal. Then they slap you with trafficking more then 2lbs of cannabis, 2year -12.5 year penalty. All because you did'nt feel like having the proper gestapo paperwork for the nazi's. Say hello to 3 years minimum in hell. Fuck that buddy, have fun with that one. NO ONE is going to come onto my property and count my "12" plants.
As for Sheriff Joe going through the "list", even if he could, which most corrupt selfish cunts will turn to a list when they want to go after someone or a cause, have at it. I was one of the first 100 people to have their card. He can come knock on my door or better yet kick it in first. Oh yeah I'm not in Maricopa... guess if he wants me he will have to step out of his jurisdiction. what a shame.

Anyone without a card I have exhibit A:

Thats why no matter who you are or what you believe on the outside, if you have to do real time the first thing you do is get with your own.
