Not able to view any thumbnail attchment pictures in anyone threads! whats the deal?

me 10 i cant see anything, everytime i try to upload something it gives me an error, i never had that before

All my Albums are totally wiped out too.

First it was just the "img" linked pics were wrong, then they removed the wrong links. Now the thumbnails are gone and all my albums are blank.
