Foliar feeding is an 'advanced' technique IMVHO, isn't needed, and shouldn't be used during flower. I've recently discovered the benefits of spraying a kelp extract while in veg(something like Floralicious+)
.
I know that nettle extract can help too but did not try myself yet. Next time on vega...

I just started getting into foliar feeding with a kelp product like floralicious plus while in veg. Only once a week, but the plants seam to absolutely LOVE it. Was scared to do it/didn't see the need, but they do respond beautifully to the kelp extract. Absolutely not needed at all, but I enjoy the hobby, love spending time in my grow room, and my plants seam super happy.

Foliar feeding can also be used to diagnose a deficiency much quicker than root feeding, the results are very rapid. If your experiencing, say a calcium deficiency, you can spray a little calcium on your leaves and if they get better in a day or two, then you can conclude your plants are calcium deficient and supplement accordingly in your next feed.

That's why I consider it an advanced technique. I wouldn't even think about it until your growing skills are pretty good and your system is dialed in. Then if your looking for an edge, or even just enjoying the hobby, foliar can have some benefits.

doesnt a K def show as a burn in late stages in the middle of the plant ?
I can not say that it is in the middle. it is in the middle bottom. The buds are ok but I can nto see the logic for the the rest of the plant.
