You really should see Where to Invade Next. The plot twist is that all these countries that are doing things better than us got their ideas from us and then ran with them while we were held back (by conservatism) and stumbled. None of this has anything to do with race. Norway treats black and brown people better than the USA does and it doesn't have racism burned in to it's public institutions.
